The Wilson PTSA is excited to welcome new members to the Executive Board for the 2025-26 academic year. Joining the PTSA is a fantastic opportunity to actively contribute to the success of our school and play a vital role in ensuring our children receive an exceptional education.

As a member of the Executive Board, you'll become an integral part of a dedicated team, each member contributing to the collective goal of supporting our school. While each role has specific responsibilities, we all share a common commitment to the following expectations:

  • Collaboratively create the proposed annual PTSA budget
  • Thoughtfully weigh and vote on all major decisions related to PTSA policy and programs
  • Actively seek ways to continually meet school and membership responsibilities and needs
  • Attend the monthly Executive & Committee Board meetings

Open Positions

Responsibilities include managing the PTSA budget, ensuring timely payments and reimbursements, and preparing any required tax documents required as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Financial/tax experience is a plus!

Time expectations: One meeting per month if available (approx. 1 hour) and an additional 1-2 hours of time per month. The fiscal year ends in June, so there may be additional time spent preparing basic end-of-year tax documents for a 501(c)(3). You will have access to basic training from the previous Treasurer.


This position helps plan and deliver breakfasts to teachers during their Friday staff meetings approximately once a month (6x total during the school year). Simple set-up in the morning is required, but no serving or cleanup is necessary. The Staff Breakfast Manager is encouraged to work with additional volunteers/committee members as needed.

Time expectations: One meeting per month if available (approx. 1 hour) and an additional 1-2 hours of time per month to plan and produce breakfast.
